DCRC currently has two full time IT staff positions available to DCRC personnel for help with computing, data and telecommunications needs. Their mission is to support, streamline and enhance IT resources for the DCRC Community. The IT office is in Rm. 115, however, primary job duties will have personnel out in the various labs and offices supporting DCRC personnel, so although walk-ins are welcome, an appointment needs to be made if there is a time driven issue.

8:00am - 5:00pm: Normal School Year
7:30am - 4:30pm: Summer hours (contact for exact dates)
If IT staff are unavailable, in addition to sending to the primary contact E-mail above or call the on-call number. If you still need assistance and/or it is an emergency contact a member of the office staff.

Availability
Although IT staff operate primarily during 8am - 5pm, Mon. - Fri.,
upon request, support to DCRC personnel outside of those hours can be arranged. Due to the nature of IT equipment and procedures, IT personnel commonly work outside of these hours on a on-call basis. Although office walk-ins are welcome, it is best to make contact via phone or e-mail before making a trip to ensure availability.
